Now it's your turn
You’ve followed the bank through six early turns. Each move tilted the balance among earnings, growth, capital strength, and risk. Up to now you’ve been observers. From this point forward, the decisions belong to you.
You’ve followed the bank through six early turns. Each move tilted the balance among earnings, growth, capital strength, and risk. Up to now you’ve been observers. From this point forward, the decisions belong to you.
Before you choose, ask yourself,
Return – Is the bank generating enough earnings to satisfy investors?
Capital & Growth – Is the bank maintaining sufficient capital levels to satisfy regulators while still expanding?
Risk – Is the bank minimizing risks but still finding ways to grow and generate returns?
And then step back to ask:
Overall – Can you balance all of these things to create the bank with the best overall performance?
Each turn will bring you closer to the final dashboard, where performance is scored across nine metrics (Credit Quality, Liquidity, Rate Risk, Capital %, Loan Growth, Deposit Growth, Net Income, Margin, ROE).
Each metric earns up to 5 stars.
The nine metrics roll up into the three categories above:
Risk , Capital & Growth, Return .
Category stars are then added into your Final Score.
Your result isn’t about getting five stars everywhere. It’s about the story your choices tell: how you prioritized return, how much safety you preserved, and whether you found a sustainable balance.
Don’t just choose — write it down. Mark each decision (“A” or “B”) so if you browse away or reset, you can re-do your choices quickly. For example, after three turns you might record ABB. This shorthand lets you rejoin your progress and even share it easily with others.
...what is your
next move?
