Your role is to analyze those decisions and their consequences. Each turn will show you:

A short narrative of how that decision played out.

As you watch the bank develop, ask consider these questions:
Return – Is the bank generating enough earnings to satisfy investors?
Capital & Growth – Is the bank maintaining sufficient capital levels to satisfy regulators while still expanding?
Risk – Is the bank minimizing risks but still finding ways to grow and generate returns?
Notice how management’s choices affect the trade-offs among these three areas. Sometimes a stronger return creates more risk. Sometimes steady growth erodes capital.
At the end of Turn 6, the observation stops. That’s where the case shifts: the next move belongs to you. You’ll face a true A/B decision and record your path forward.
When that moment arrives, you’ll use the same three guiding questions — Return , Capital & Growth, Risk — to shape your decision. And ultimately, you’ll step back to ask the bigger question:
Can you balance all of these things to create the bank with the best overall performance?
